Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the access and use of the WordCraft mobile app and website (hereinafter referred to as the "App" and the "Site"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

By using the App and the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

Terms that begin with a capital letter in these Conditions, regardless of whether they are used in the singular or plural, have the following meanings:
• "App" means the WordCraft mobile application available for download from the "Apple Store" and "Google Play Store" on devices with iOS or Android operating systems.
• "Terms" means these General Terms and Conditions of Use that apply to the App and the Site.
• "Content" means all materials, including texts, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audiovisual works, displayed in the App and/or on the Site.
• "Services" means various features and services offered by the App and the Site.
• "WordCraft" means the company that implements and distributes the App and the Site.
• "User" means any person using the App and Services.
Purpose and Scope of the App
The purpose of the App is to provide Users with sign language translation services for organizations of any form of ownership, as well as the ability to use an internal video network for communication between employees and to add a sign language interpreter to conversations if necessary.
Use of Services
Registration To use certain features of the App and the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Using the Services You agree to use the App and the Site in accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use. It is prohibited to use the App and the Site for any illegal activities or abuses, including but not limited to spamming, hacking the system, or distributing malicious software.
Usage Restrictions You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the App or the Site without our written permission. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to obtain the source code of the App are prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software used in the App and on the Site, are the property of WordCraft or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use these materials without our prior permission.

Access to the App
To access and use the App, the User must have a compatible mobile phone or mobile device and Internet access. The App can be downloaded from the "Apple Store" and "Google Play Store" on mobile devices with iOS or Android operating systems.
Creating an Account
Access to the Services is available to any User. However, access to certain Services requires creating an account. To create an account, the User must provide the necessary personal information (including last name, first name, email address, etc.).
User Obligations
The User strictly agrees to:
• Not reproduce the App, in whole or in part, by any means or in any form;
• Not use any software or implement any processes that attempt to copy Content without WordCraft's prior written consent;
• Not adapt, modify, translate, decipher, configure, compile, decompile, assemble, disassemble, recode, or reverse engineer the App, Services, and/or Content, in whole or in part;
• Not export the App or integrate the entire App or any part of it with other software;
• Not make short citations, analyses, or reproductions intended for press reviews or any other purposes that fall under the restrictions and conditions expressly defined by law;
• Not use software or systems capable of disrupting the proper functioning of the App, nor take any actions that could cause disproportionate load on WordCraft's infrastructure;
• Not download or use systems capable of damaging all or part of the App and/or its Content or that may violate these Conditions;
• Inform WordCraft of any damage and, in particular, any illegal or unauthorized use of the App and/or its Content;
• Not sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the App and/or Content to third parties in any other way.
Protection of Personal Data
Any personal data collected in the context of using the App is processed and stored in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data." Data is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. The User has the right to access, correct, restrict processing, delete personal data, and the right to data portability. Changes to Terms of Use

WordCraft is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App and the Site. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the App and the Site or their compliance with your expectations or requirements.

Using Content and Services The User agrees to use the App and the Site solely for lawful purposes. Using the content of the App and the Site without our written permission is prohibited.
Usage Restrictions Reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to obtain the source code of the App are prohibited. Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any part of the App or the Site is prohibited.
User and Developer Rights and Obligations
User Rights Right to access the App and Services in accordance with these Conditions. Right to personal data protection according to our Privacy Policy.
User Obligations Comply with these Conditions and applicable law. Do not use the App for illegal or malicious purposes. Protect the confidentiality of the account and password.
Developer Rights Right to change these Conditions at any time. Right to suspend or terminate Users' access to the App for violating these Conditions.
Developer Obligations Protect Users' personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Provide access to the App and Services in accordance with these Conditions.
